Raspberry Rhubarb Crumble

I recently found this recipe from Centsational Girl and had to try it out with my freshly harvested rhubarb.

It was amazing! Kate added strawberries to her crumble, I didn't have any so I just used 12oz of raspberries instead of 6. It was so yummy! I will definitely be making this one again.

Tip: I was taking this to my in-law's one weekend so I mixed up all of the dry ingredients at home and put them in a gallon baggie, then I took my frozen fruit along. When it was time to cook I put the fruit (slightly thawed) in my baking dish, added the butter to my crumble mix and I was ready to go. So easy!
